I have lived at the Terracinas for about a year and a half and so far so good. The complex is kept relatively clean and pretty. We have 2 pools (which is VERY convenient during summer weekends) and a mini gym that I have been to a few times. Terracina so far has been a pleasent experiance. Its quiet over night security cruising the apartments. Their are some people that have 1 car with their car port and dont use it and its really annoing when you have 2 cars and that person(the white beetle in building 7) takes up a spot that people with 2 cars can use and we have to go to a far parking space to park. But other than that...

I am very happy living at Terracina in Morgan Hill, the site is keep very nice, the apartments floor plans are very funtionables, if there is a problem that needs attention Roger or Martin come and fix the problem promtly, the manager Arlene is very nice and have ample knowledge of her job. Terracina is a good choice.

Blossom, the manager is very professional. The grounds are in lovely condition and the both the bus stop and train station are practically at the front door.
