I take back any negative words and thoughts about this complex.For the last 25 years of renting and owning in Oregon and Washington,water/sewer/garbage have been included in either the rent or HOA fees.I was confused about the process here in California.After someone actually breaking it all down for me,I feel foolish for not understandingThey have been very kind and understanding

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with an apartment. Scammed me by only sugar coating the $300 apartment hold. Said that if we decided to go elsewhere we would get our check handed back. FAILED TO LET US KNOW THAT IF YOU CANCEL AFTER 48 HOURS YOU DONT GET IT BACK. THE MANAGER WAS NO HELP AFTER EXPLAINING TJE SITUATION.
