This place is horrible and should be under review by the ACLU as well as the ADA. In addition to being understaffed I question the scope of training of the staff that is onsite. The residents are ungroomed, left in soiled linens and appear to be malnourished as well as dehydrated. I have a family member there currently for rehab as the result of a fall and while my loved one has only been there...

Their service is the worst, staff is overworked but worse is when the nurses don't care about your pain. They just sit there and act like your annoying them. I am here for rehab and believe I will do much better treating myself even the rehab has been nothing really after 5 days. I'm telling staff I'm going home
