Absolutely the worst customer service! After one of their treatments ruined the furniture in our master bedroom over a month ago, we can't even get anyone to call us back. They cashed our check for the service but refuse to take responsibility for the damage. This will end up costing us thousands of dollars to replace our furniture. Do yourself a favor and do not use Terminix!
Waste of time and money . They send a guy out that weighs over 300 lbs and cannot do the job. They tell me someone from management will call me and not one phone call.....

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!!! Still waiting for our money back...would have really liked to have had the service done but they never called us back to reschedule...that $400 should be in MY POCKET not THEIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to waste your day waiting around for some rookie to come out, poke around your house, and eventually tell you that he'll have to call his supervisor, and then have his supervisor call and tell you how sorry he is only to never follow through with his promise to fix the situation, call these guys.
