I've gone to Tent & Trails a few times over the years before heading off on outdoor adventures with friends. Along with the great selection, I always receive excellent customer service. The satff is friendly and knowledgable. It's great to have a store like Tent & Trails in NYC!

Not many outdoor/sporting good stores in NYC to choose from. Tent & Trails has a great selection, a knowledgable staff and great prices. I always check them out before I go on my outdoor & camping weekends.

I have been in the store a few times. Some days the customer service is pretty good and others they're not so good. I had really good customer service when I came in with a bag from a major competitor and had a very good idea of what I wanted and showed that I was serious about hiking. If you are not sure about what you want then you can get really lousy service. Also the hours are lousy. I... more
