Advice to store:assign answering the phone to someone who likes customers and gaining business.Cruella Daville does not represent your biz well.P.S. she should understand why someone might not want to leave a 20K ring for appraising, and she should not ask rudely why I needed it appraised "are you trying to sell it or SOMETHING?".UGH.

I recently took my engagement ring here to have it sized because I had heard they do in-house sizing and I didn't want to send it away.
