I have never had to deal with a broken tv before (my cable box exploded and took out my tv....luckily the cable company had to pay for the damage). I didn't have a clue where to go in WA ,to get a tv repaired. There was no way I could lug my big boxy 27" Zenith to a repair shop so I tried calling several places to find out what it would cost to pick it up. Most places charged what it would cost to just scrap it and buy a new one. Kept searching online and found Teletron Service. Did some research on them and checked with the BBB to make sure they were trustworthy and licensed (they are). Joe was great, he came out and got my tv for a nominal fee and hauled it away. He called to let me know what the problem was and let me know how much it would cost to proceed. A few days later he delivered my tv good as new! I highly recommend Teletron Service, they made my situation as hassle free as possible! Thanks guys!!
I had broken a plug off of the color wheel that I could not get removed. They were able to take care of it in a day and save me from having to buy a new TV. I would recommend them to everyone.They've now done some warranty work on my receiver. Quick turn-around once the part finally showed up and they did another great job.
Very helpful and generous! Had a DVD stuck in my DVD player...and he took quick action to have it removed safely on the spot...and charged me nothing! Always great when a company surprises people! :)
Several years ago I brought in a Panasonic DVD recorder that had an intermittent fault. It was the last day of the warranty period but they didn't make any fuss at all. Told me it would be at least a week, maybe two before they would call with information. Well, they called and told me it needed a new part and Panasonic was shipping it immediately. My LCD TV started flashing caution on Wed night. I tried using buttons on the TV instead of the remote. Then I tried eliminating the remote by removing the batteries thinking it might be sending an erroneous signal. Nothing worked. I took the set into Teletron thinking this is going to cost. I brought my VCR in. It turned out that the problem was pretty simple and the technician fixed it in a couple of minutes and sent me on my way with no charge.
