Failed to complete order as promised. Not helpful. Complete run around.

We were originally promised same day delivery. Then we were told that the new trailers would be avilable the following week. Then, we were told that the trailer would be delivered to our site the following Monday. When we didn't hear from them we called and were told that they had not yet picked up the trailer from the factory in another state and that they would send a drive the following day...
