GREAT PEDIATRIC OFFICE

This office is so great !! I brought my children all four of them,because my girlfriend brings her own to this place. The office is very friendly and knows what they are doing. We've tried several other pediatric dentists, because especially my 4 year old one just wouldn't feel comfortable, but here they were all really happy. I am so happy I found this place. I want to recommend this office to everyone. I disagree with a comment from someone about billing. I don't have insurance, so I brought the cash coupon and the office explained the coupon details and I paid a lot less than other offices we've been to. I used to pay about $180 to $300 per child, depending on their age at other pediatric offices. The coupon was a help.

Insurance Fraud Dentist, Irresponsible, False Advertising

I called for an appointment and asked the office if they accepted our PPO insurance, if our insurance was in network. The staff yes.

I called TWO MORE TIMES to confirm before the appointment and asked them to call for covered services. The staff said yes our insurance was in network and the cleaning services are all covered, there would be no out of pocket expense! THEY LIED! They did not call. They lied 3 times, I called 3 times! They didn't tell me this until after the service was done on THAT DAY. They are FRAUD s, a LIAR, very IRRESPONSIBLE!

I went in because of an ad for $89, the insurance paid $150, and they still wanted $160. FALSE ADVERTISING! Somehow I think it is illegal they want more if you are using insurance. Is this insurance fraud? I know this is consumer fraud.
