I have run into the same attitude in the teller's at the Merrillville branch, but employees higher up and teller's at other branches are MUCH more helpful, and knowledgeable.

The majority of the people there were really pretty rude and acted like they hated their job. It was definitely not a cheerful apmosphere and I would rather do business elsewhere.
