These guys were absolutely excellent! The process to repair my computer was more difficult than expected, yet Tech Authority handled it perfectly. I would definitely suggest going to them!

I have a Windows 8 laptop. I was trying to change the UEFI settings so I could install Windows 7. I called another shop and the person who answered the phone didn't know what I was trying to say....

I can't believe they don't have any reviews yet! I took my crashed machine in to recover some data and although they could only recover a small amount (my hard drive was too far gone) of what I was after, I was only charged a minimal amount. They could have charged the full amount quoted but they didn't. This is a company with integrity and you will not go wrong by taking your computer there....
