Happy to find Team Universal
I quit my gym membership to get everything I need at Universal. Been very happy since. I see Wellness Adam for nutrition gudiance, compete in their combat sports and spend most of free time at Universal. The coaches are tough on us, but it's that what I pay them for. :)

Pretty legit place
I've been training here a while. Team Universal is definately one of the better places I've trained and I actually trained in a few top gyms from out of state.

Great Place to Spend All Your Free Time!
This is a great place to work out. The other members all feel like family, and the coaches really care about your progress. Learn some, laugh some, have a great time and get in shape here with us!

Great training
Universal kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu is the place to train if you want results. Great "family" atmosphere and great trainers. Try it once and you will come back.
