Two reasons why my experience here was HORRIFYING: 1) Overcharging. & 2) The customer service representative Suzanne, was not only rude but treated my mother and I like we we're incompetent. She's very mischievous and manipulative.

However, the ONLY person who made things right after arguing was the store manager Mark.

Will never get work done here again.

Bought a truck from Team Chevy last Thursday. Mike Thiele was our salesman. He was very polite and courteous. Answered all the questions we had and what he didnt know he found out. WE had a bit of a wait to see the finance person and he chatted with us while we waited. I would definitely recommend Team Chevy if you are in the market and ask for Mike! Thanks for the gift bag!!
