They completed the service I requested and didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed. Instead of using the local Ford dealer in town for service, I'll drive an extra 30 minutes to take my vehicle to Taylor Ford.

The salesman was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and if he wasn't available, someone stepped up and helped until he could get there. I felt very comfortable with all employees with whom I came into contact. The whole atmosphere came across as friendly.
