love it still
I love that they chose a spot on Colfax for this store. I love that their building is a renovated theatre. I love that it's independently owned. I'm preaching to the choir here, so allow me to keep this one brief:
1. They have a wonderful collection of books and magazines, and if your book doesn't happen to be around, they will get it for you wicked fast.
2. The children's section is amazing, and they were smart enough to set it apart from the rest of the store in the basement.
3. Parking is extremely convenient and easy. We've never had to fight for a space during our many visits (although from time to time, a short bus will position itself in a stupid spot, making maneuvering around it a challenge).
4. The bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and hands down they have the best changing table set up (complete with diapers and all other sorts of goodies) I have ever seen at a public place. Ever.

I have to give credit to this book store. My kids grew up in the one in CC. I hope everyone supports this bookstore, they are a Denver Icon. They staff is wondeful, and it feels like home.
