Honest mechanics who know their stuff
These people are honest and have excellent expertise. I myself am a backyard mechanic but I bring my cars to Tate just because they do everything right the first time and by the book, properly. They do not cut corners, I watch them work.

Excellent, honest, & reliable
I have received service directly from the owner for almost 10 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience with him or with the quality of service at "Tate Auto." The owner is ALWAYS helpful, he goes out of his way to get the job done at a fair price, and his work is of high quality. What I appreciate the most is that I can trust "Tate Auto Care." I don't have to worry about whether or not they are trying to make an extra buck off of me. And they will tell me the truth about what really needs to be fixed.
What I don't appreciate is the "Flat Tire Guy" who wrote a bad review and then got all of his friends to write reviews for him, even though they probably don't even know where "Tate Auto" is located. It's ok to write "bad" reviews. Not every business is perfect. And "Tate Auto is not perfect. But to get your friends to write reviews for you?! Come on! I have a feeling there is more to the story than what "Flat Tire Man" is telling us. Especially since I have known the owner and their service for almost 10 years.
Don't make your decision about "Tate Auto" based only upon one "flat tire." "Tate Auto" will care for you and your car!

Unfortunate
Too bad Tate Family Complete Auto Care does not understand the value of helping out a person in need. Just think of the good press they could have received from one simple kind act.

Customer Service = kick in the face
Man, I hate when I hear a story about a business ruining their image. But after what I have heard these guys are like, if my car breaks down in front of Tate Family Complete Auto Care, and I don't have a way to fix the car myself, I would walk 500 miles!!!
