The customer service of this company is poor, if you have an immediate problem, I would not call them. They are lax about returning phone calls, and turnaround time is extremely slow. It seems they have few employees or lack of equipment, which could explain their slow service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired Tatay Well Drilers to put in a new constant velocity well pump to replace our aging traditional pump about 4 months ago. The service then was top notch and they even repaired some shortcoming…
