Terrible ,terrible, terrible for "basic" grooming! I took my 6 month old puppy there and after finally calling to see what was taking so long, I picked her up 4 1/2 hours later. Simply put...she had been absolutely hacked on. I realize they are not professional groomers, but it looked like something I would do myself - and it was no where near consistent throughout her body. I took my cat in for the convenient location, once there I realize the place is awesome. So caring, not the sterile environment of other places. They even gave me a tour of the place, very nice.
