My husband and I went into the Optical Dept. on 14th of February 2015 and we were in there well over 20 mins. The sales rep. never acknowledge our presence at all I had to initiate a conversation with her by asking her what her name was it was "Heather" then she just said oh I'll be with you. OMG she was so rude I had an appointment on Friday which will definitely be canceled, I would never...
