I would rate this Target a 2 star out of 5 primarily due to the lack of stock. Every time I have gone there the items are usually fairly picked over or even completely out of an ad or particular item. Customer service is fair, and the store is clean but just understocked. I would recommend Walmart across the street or Target in Red Wing.
