We stayed one night and I would never stay another. The staff was very snobish, the room was dirty, security with bags and our vehicle was less than desired. When we checked in our bags were left for anyone to come in at the ground level and grab, for a significant amount of time. I went to Chicago for an overnight 'getaway' break for myself. Great location. Room was VERY small. It would have been too small if my husband had been with me. The concierge was a bit haughty if you ask me. Not very warm, felt like I was pulling teeth to get any information from him, which was completely out of sync with what I experienced everywhere else in Chicago.
