It's good bar food and atmosphere. Nothing more nothing less. Staff can seem a bit uninterested. Bartenders are slightly more engaging.

Tap seems to be struggling to find itself. A friend and I regularly go before the Atlanta Symphony. Years ago, it was great. Now, the food is just adequate. They've returned some of the less expensive entrees to the menu (3 taco plate), but now, the tacos are just bland. They had a great fried fish taco and an even better fried chicken taco. My best friend and I went for Sunday brunch while we were in Atlanta for a long weekend and it didn't disappoint! Awesome food, tasty mimosas, and impeccable service! Will definitely dine there again.

Menu online is not exact. Went to try the fried chicken or duck. Not there. Beer most IPA selection. Great patio but expensive for what you get. Try the Lawrence - much better.

Our waitress didn't seem happy to be there. When we asked for recommendations she said she didn't usually work brunch and didn't know the menu. She was never very engaged.

Pubs: Upon entering TAP, you'll notice the two-story restaurant has seating both upstairs and downstairs. The bar, downstairs is the most crowded and gets absolutely packed on weekend night. The upstairs, where the kitchen is located lends itself to groups or couples.
