This place is like the getto, The owner Sam aka Al Bundy need to see shink, I couldn't understand one word the guy was saying, he speaks 100 words a second. If you want good shoe that the Tannery sells go to Marshall's. I got the same pair for more then half the price

I understand if a store does not want to accept returns on sales, but what kind of retail store doesn't accept returns on fully-priced merchandise?! have had the worst experience ever this past weekend at the tannery. AVOID IT ALL COSTS!! the attitude, indifference, and general lack of respect for the customers makes me sick.
