I've had my nails done here for about 6 months now. I am pleased with the time and attention given to my nails, and will continue to use this salon. I do have a bit of advice that might be helpful to the business owner. Please let your employees know that English speaking clients find it very rude when the techs speak to each other in their language and ignore the customer they are serving.

I was so offended. I was a walk in on July 4th. A lady, I am assuming she was the owner, was standing near the door and wouldn't even let me in, even though the open light was on and they had customers in the chair. She asked what I wanted done. I told her a mani/pedi. She looked me up and down disapprovingly and asked if I was paying credit or cash. I told her credit and she told me no credit, closed the door and turned the lock. I am convinced that she would have rejected me no matter what. I will never beg someone to spend my money and will never visit Tango Nails again.

Too shady for me

After expected to pay 68.00 for a pedicure and manicure for me and my 14 year old daughter, I was handed a 107.00 bill. I expected the 5.00 charge for callouses because it was on a sign. I expected a 12.00 up charge for agreeing to use a "gel" polish that would last 3 to 4 weeks. The icing on the cake was when they claimed their machine was down and couldn't take my debit card.
