At the heart of Tamarack Junction is The Dining Car, a classic diner open from 6am to midnight daily. You'll find everything from omelets and pancakes to chicken fried steak and eggs, tender steaks to sautéed salmon, meat loaf to pork chops that you can climb aboard any time, day or night. Also from 11:00am until 9:30pm there is an all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar for your enjoyment.

Big ups to Sully's for being so awesome accommodating my fantasy football league brunch this morning. They were super helpful from helping put tables together to getting change. Staff was great taking food orders at differing times, keeping the beverages flowing (maybe a little too well!) and were more than happy to let us have separate checks. Awesome experience, thanks so much.

We lucked out having the Tamarack as our local casino/restaurant. Always fun and friendly. The food is better than home, so we frequent both Sully's and The Dining Car often. The quality and portion sizes are substantial.
