I have never been to an office that had so little wait time and was so nice and caring. They always give you a piece of chocolate and a free parking pass (or free valet parking if you choose instead) to hand to the TMH garage attendant…

The CEO of TMH won an award causing President Obama to commend the facility as an example. As an individual with a Masters degree in Health Administration and 40 years of experience in the health care field, I can tell you TMH is a horrible example and no one involved with the facility deserved an award or any positive recognition. My son was admitted for jaundice at only 7 days old and nurses did everything they possibly could to help ease my concerns. As a new first time mom I was horrified at the thought of something being wrong. The competent staff helped to ease my fears and took excellent care of my son. The actual facilities could use some updating but as long as the care is good I am happy.
