I went to metro pcs store in allen park on 19345 ecorse Rd Talk alot ,and bought 3 phones and service for metro pcs. I took them back after 2 days due to dropped calls and NO SERVICE and I have a business. The guy in there told me oh let me call metro pcs and they will boost them. The next day same thing no servise, so I went back and said here are your phones I want my money back. He said- oh the one phone has a 5 minute overage and he said sorry cant take this back, I said you talked me out of it by saying you will boost it yesterday,the next day after some calls because of busness i went over by 5 minutis. he said I will give you back 204,00 and thats it, I paid him $401.00, the phone were the new androids huawei.1@ $100.00 the other 2@ $50.00 each. We followed the rules of the contract and he scammed us.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLESE DONT GO TO THIS STORE.
