Takohachi, a tiny and excellent place that serves Japanese comfort food (dishes like chicken karaage, hamburg steak and croquettes) offers an exotic, delicious bento for lunch and dinner; try it with the curried rice.

Takohachi for DiningTo Japanese students, Takohachi is just the cure for a homesick palate. The chef has brought a casually contemporary Japanese menu to Seattle, the kind of food young people eat back home, like a choice of "hamburg steak," breaded pork cutlet, tempura, or fish, and sides like a savory potato croquette.
