I love the location. I'm able to work out before work or even go during lunch, because it is so close to my office. The facility is extremely clean, so I feel comfortable getting ready for work there. The staff is great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

Best decision I've ever made to train w/ Grant @ T2F -Downtown. He listens, is mindful of what my goals are and continues to push me on a daily basis. Trainers at T2F are great and a lot of fun. It really is my home away from home and to me the happiest place on earth. People are friendly and encouraging. Not an intimidating gym whatsoever and super clean. I started with Takes2 @ the Roundabout location in Jan 08? with a personal trainer and then soon after moved to the downtown location as my office is just across the street.
