I have to say Tailwashers exceeded my expectations. I have two persian cats and a labradoodle that I took to the groomer at Tailwashers. Jennifer greeted me and my animals with so much love and made us all feel so comfortable and relaxed right away. She asked me questions about each animal, taking time to get to know each one. I recommend the store but don't recommend Tailwashers the grooming center at all. Ever. Really. That sounds pretty final but heed my words and you will avoid frustration in your life and that's a good thing right?.

The grooming place must have been changing employees this past summer and also this fall (see the pattern emerging?). I booked an appointment to get my REALLY long haired kitty groomed ... more
