Tacos & Tequila Restaurant Review: The highly stylized Mexican restaurant and bar has a fun, high-energy vibe and flavorful menu. Tacos & Tequila embodies Mexican culture mixed with rock ‘n’ roll flair. The menu was created by restaurateur and chef Richard Sandoval.
Because there was about a 20-foot space between the sports book and the Lion King theater entrance where cocktails weren't available, Mandalay Bay opened Evening Call. There's a full bar, with a list of specialty drinks that mix your booze with caffeine (coffee drinks) or sugar (ice cream drinks). Basically: your average hotel bar, with a little caffine and/or cake-like spiking of your booze.

Awful service the server did not know what he was doing messed up the checks and the manager was even worse than the server. Not at all the quality of service you expect in a luxury hotel. Service was worse than going to Chili's.
This place was great! Great tacos and the chongas was huge and soo great!
We are staying at the Luxor so this was a restaurant I wanted to try. The service on the evening was brilliant, the guy that served us couldn't have been more helpful. Our drinks and food came quickly. The food was gorgeous, I visit Mexican food places a lot due to me loving the food and this was not a let down. Recommended
The alambre plate hit the spot and the nachos with carne asada was good as well. Not to sure what's with their feitish of black beans though...
Beware! We stopped in after a great evening show and received the worst service and food in Vegas! The pork tacos, cold, dry and flavorless! The blackbeans looked as if someone had a bowel movement on my plate! The management didn't seem to interested in our concerns and didn't apologize or offer to redo the meal. The one star rating was too high! Very disappointed and will never return!

Bawdy and bustling, this café is located on the mezzanine level of the Luxor Resort and Casino. Once inside the main entrance to the resort, it's a simple ride up the escalator to the entrance. The restaurant is softly lit with modern décor that is certainly more sophisticated than what you would find at a traditional Mexican eatery. They serve a number of specialty drinks such as Carly's Trap made with Milagro Reposado Tequila, fresh cucumber, watermelon and lemon or the Monty Mojito made with 12-year-aged rum. Plus, there are 70 tequilas available to sample.
T&T offers late-night dining (with a limited menu) until 3 a.m.
