Poor management

I went on a Sunday at about 1:00pm. Went inside to order and wanted to eat inside. Once inside I was told to place my order at the kiosk, pay with a credit card (no cash accepted), then go outside and to through the car...pickup window to received my order. Then I was told that I could come back in to eat. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell location.

The quality of Food from taco bell over the years has seriously gone down. Some staff is OK, sadly its hard to understand them with most of the the employees being foreigners.
