I am someone that loves kfc but I would have to say that 80% of the time I go there, the lobby is not open. I am forced to walk there as I do not have a car soo cannot use the drive thru.
As...far as I can tell, they seem to have basically 1 - 2 people on at any given time. I have no idea if its as simple as not enough people applying for the work or if there is not enough pay or just straight...

So everybody has picky kids right. Well mine is especially picky, and when we make the drive from the country to go in town to taco bell she wants it a certain way. I ordered that way, it did not...

As with many chain fast food locations the service was subpar and waiting time typically slow. Been here many times and always about the same. Not a whole lot to say. I often see the TV commercials for new items, go to this location and...they dont have them or no longer have them.
