Take forever!!!!! Food cold, customer service sucks! Definitely won't be back to this Taco Bell I'll drive to franklin and eat.

Last week the drive through was packed so I parked and ran inside since there was no one in line. i was appalled to see the restaurant in disarray. It was recently renovated but on the night I visited the entire eating area had trash...scattered, tables dirty the drink machines were dirty and had trash pile up. I should have snapped a photo. Honestly, I almost did not eat the food I ordered...
