Every taco bell near me says they are out of Mexican pizza. How is that possible. Everything on the menu has 5 things in it (meat, shell, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream) if ya can make a crunch wrap ya can make a Mexican pizza

Dined inside on Labor Day 9-6-2021. The female employee who took my order was friendly but appeared to be taking care of both in indoor orders as well as the drive thru. Food tasted decent but appeared to be slipped together. As long as it...tasted good and was warm I could deal with the messy look to it.
