Disconnected franchise

No one taken your order on the inside. Just people standing around looking at you..what total disconnect with there customers. We cane in went out .went threw drive threw to talk to a human.what a shame

Gave the NEW opening a shot and ordered 8 bean burritos ton take home. Wow! there was so few beans on them if you scrapped all 8 you might make 1 burrito. Gave them one more chance a few weeks later...same rip off. NEVER WILL...GO BACK!

The picture below shows the slop that I was give out the drive through tonight. I ordered the chicken bowl with extra black beans. The bowl is not even filled up for $6! We waited for 15 min. And this is the crap I was...served. I won't be back!

It's always good to know that a Taco bell is always available when hunger strikes. They serve great food at a great price and the Nacho Fries are pretty awesome! I hope they keep them on the menu!!?
