No lie-waited almost 45 minutes to get food at the drive-thru. This was around 8 pm on a week-day. Their drive-thru is so slow. Food is fine. Unless I am really craving Taco Bell I typical bypass it due to the service.

Used to be one of the top Taco Bells in the nation. Has consistently slipped. Had a million dollar renovation a few years ago and the still did not fix the drive thru exit. The exit is a psychological barrier to purchase. I'd estimate if...they fixed the exit they could gain a 1-2 million a year in sales.

Service is slow considering it's a "fast food" restaurant. And very pricey for what you get. Save money, stay home and make your own tacos.

Slow but fresh

Just stopped to get a cheap meal and waste some time. Love the $5 value box, it's a great deal. They were pretty slow getting it ready and they were out of boxes for it but I was eating in so it didn't matter. They...did have a sweet kid at the register with down syndrome and I appreciate them giving jobs to the "disabled". Just your average fast food.
