No lock in bathroom

Filthy bathroom with no lock - we came in and there are 100 flies in the restaurant
Staff was nice and courteous. Just a run down location and need some sanitation

Filthy bathrooms, staff doesn't know what supreme means and once my tacos were remade they tried to give me two instead of the three I paid for. Crappy service.
