Not one of my favorites. If you happen to be stuck in Herald square I guess go ahead but, it is so huge and you can never find anyone who works there. Also the escalator and elevators are really tempermental and not located near the kids' dept. I also think it is gross that there is a McDonald's in the middle of the children's section all the layette smells like fries.

The quality of service has deteiorated. Today, i went to look at some custome jewerly at the monet counter, there were two girls, a sales girl and a buyer, very sacrastic and unhelpful. They both were both annoyed when the customers customers asked questions.
