This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I waited over 30 minutes to get a new phone. There were at least 3 employees standing around talking to each other not doing...

35 minutes to return a car charger. Finally get an agent, and then the drawer doesn't have cash for my return. How is this possible. Thank god I'm an AT&T customer and this was an emergency purchase that I didn't need. I'd give them zero stars if possible

I love this store. It is my preferred store and I will travel to get there. I have a T-Mobile store less than a mile away from my house that I dread and I will travel to this Plaza Bonita location just to avoid the inevitable headache that the one near my house creates....every time.
