This store is under new management. My customer service experience was quick and easy; no hassles or issues here. I was really surprised after reading the reviews on this location and I think that the old manager had a lot to do with the problems. The manager who helped me was Irma; she was very nice and answered all of my questions. I would definitely come back to this location.

POOR Customer Service. VERY Unhelpful. WASTE of time. I usually go to the TMOBILE in Glendale on Brand. I made a mistake coming here to have my screen protector put on. The rep was unable to complete the task, blamed to the screen protector, and never apologized /said anything to me about it.

Ok, I am not sure if his name, but I'm pretty sure it was Danny. Danny thank u for being so helpful today, and changing out my phone. I've been having issues with my brand new phone for weeks and Danny helped me order a new one , no charge. Activated it and transferred everything. Thank you again. So happy I dealt with him and not a t Mobile operator from India that never picks up
