Great company to trust your investments with

I have multiple rental properties with T and J. They helped me understand what rental rates were possible and what my potential profit margin would be. They will help you understand how to get the most out of your investment properties. I highly recommend their services and can’t imagine taking on this type of project without Tony there to make sure everything is taken care of promptly and professionally.

This company ask people to put a deposit down with a application fee, and will keep your deposit with out having you sign a lease agreement. Please beware of signing the application. I lost $795 and will have to go to court to get my money back.
