Two Thumbs down for customer service closed doors with no notice & left me in the dark with pending orders?

I was able to get all my Select-A-Spring part numbers
crossed & all my orders filled from Century Spring Corp
in Los Angeles.
also the best perk was no automated phone
service you get a live person when you call.

My experiences with this company have been horrible. The customer service staff is extremely rude. They seldom answer the phone and when they do... let the lies begin. The banner on the website states "FAST SERVICE...Most orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern time will be shipped the same day!" My order has been pending for two months. I called to get an update and the recorder says they...
