Real nice, clean animal park. Large variety of animals in spacious pens. Some show themselves readily, others prefer to hide in the buildings or dens provided for them. No feeding of animals allowed except one section with deer that you can feed if you buy the provided food there. Walking trails around the park are gravel and mostly level. But...
This is a fan favorite for our family. Many different animals to see in a more natural habitat than a zoo. We usually visit on a Sunday and the staff is always present and very pleasant to talk to....well worth a visit!
Really, in terms of how close you get to relatively fun and exotic wild animals, I liked this more than most zoos I've been to. And it seems to be for a good cause.
Loved visiting all the animals here. They are all taken care of so well. Tour was guided by volunteers. Very knowledgable and each person we spoke to was very friendly. The grounds are clean and the animals are beautiful. Most are exotic animals. The entrance fee was nominal. Great place to visit.
