Syms is a reliable choice for mens clothes, though you have to be willing to sacrifice a couple of hours in order to endeavor to find the best deals. I've found decent suits for $250 and very good dress shirts for $30 and less. Every once in a while, you can dig up a pair of really good shoes or a nice tie. There also bargains to be found among the womens and kids clothes. But remember, shopping here takes patience.
