Awful!!! They can t pay you the money you have on your account even when under 10 dollars. Also when i go to stop by during business hours they are closed. Never seem open.

Don't bother with this business. I have tried to call MANY times with no answer, to the point that I thought they went out of business. My daughter and I started shopping at Sylvia's closet 8 years ago. We love it. The clothes are so cute and the quality is excellent. The customer service is the best ever.
