Regency Oaks was very nice, very classy, clean, and very accommodating. The only problem was the price. The staff was very friendly. I attended a free luncheon that was very nice and well prepared, like it was done by a professional. The menu was great. The residents I saw looked happy.

I was not very impressed with Regency Oaks as it was dark, which I don’t think helps anybody who is not well. It didn’t even help me either, and the parking is terrible. I only spoke to one person, and it was a short interview.

Regency Oaks Clearwater was a lovely place. I was very impressed with it. The staff were very nice and helpful. The apartments were roomy and homey.

I didn’t like this Sylvan Terrace at all. It's very expensive. If you have somebody who is totally bedridden then it would be fine, but if you have somebody who wants to have a lively life it's not for them. We were very disappointed with the facility. It was clean and good, but it has a different atmosphere altogether.

My family member is a resident at Sylvan and I think it is very inappropriate that a Social Worker at Sylvan is designated full authority to run this facility and take charge over the residents healthcare, finances, health information, Medicare days and long term planning.
