The old lady manager is a beetch she lies and she spys on me. She wants all my friends that come over to pay for screening. She's always trying to get my car towed away, shes just a pain in the butt. All the homes here haVe a fire place and a balcony but not mine even though I pay for it. There is never parking and all the a hole residents park in my assinged parking. There is dog shot...

maintenance takes too long. promises are never kept. never get a response in a timely manner when its more important issues like painting, documents, money, etc. told maintenance guy my outside door lite was out and he said ok we'll handle it. never did, lite is still out. just frustrating. gutters are full of crap and when it rains, my balcony gets soaked, leaves everywhere, poor patch jobs...

I agree with the other comment...since the new management has come into place things have turned around. Great price for the view for sure! Any problems have been taken care of almost immediately. Definitely recommend.

My fiance and I lived there for 1 yr. and loved it! The view is AMAZING. The neighbors were warm and friendly. Parking sucked sometimes but it was well worth it. Maintanence requests were resolved quickly. Grounds were kept clean. Price was right. The ONLY reason we moved is because we outgrew the apt. size. They need 3 bedrooms there. I would have stayed had we had the option for a 3 bedroom....

Since the new manager has come this place has really turned around. He is hard working and caring. He has made a huge effort to clean up this community and make it a comfortable place to live. The only thing that needs improvement is the assistant manager.
