Had problems with them about some work and they did not take care of the problem.Said it had nothing to do with what they done.Which was wrong. Never use them again.

Swim Ready has taken care of our pool for 11 years and we have never had any problem that has not been addressed. The weekly service has always been professional and thorough. We have had our pool completely redone and have recommended Swim Ready to our friends for the same process. They are a great family to have for your pool care!

I, too, am very puzzled by the review by Fishnfool_jd. While I don't use them today, I have used them most of the 11 years I have lived in DeSoto and find them professional, fair and responsive. The pool was kept clean and all repairs requested were handled satisfactorily and for a very fair price. To be honest, I'm retired and just had plenty of time on my hands to take care of the pool...

In December, 2008 I needed my pool replastered, a new tile border, and a new cement deck. The people at Swim Ready were great. They completed all three things I needed in the time they said they would and the work was excellent. I have used them a couple of times since & have been equally pleased.
