Sarcastic Customer Service Operator

Troy the technician who came out to actually service my pool was very nice and friendly (professional. However, the operator on the phone (Kathy) who took my $460 payment was very quick, rude, and sarcastic. She sounded like she had issue from the moment she heard my voice. I don't want to stop businees because of her, so if I could do my business without interacting with her I would rate this comapnay with at least 4 1/2 stars.
